HORRIBLE credential retention. I even enabled biometrics, then tried without, and also installed the adobe authentication app. I still need to type my entire password in EVERY time I receive an email with a workfront update... often more than once a day. NOT impressed.
No option to signup.
Fingerprint login doesn't work keeps asking for password every time this is annoying and time wasting
Recent update makes this almost useless for me. UI looks fancy and overall navigation might be smoother, but I can't find any way to access work requests or Issues/Tasks requested to my teams. I used to use the app to claim tickets. It is a hassle to track down the project and then find the issue or task just to tap "Work on it". Unfortunate.
App is useless, everything needed is linked to a browser. What's the point if you can not do anything through the app, disappointed.. Especially coming from a big company
This app has the worst experience with it's login. You will be kicked out regularly and then have to follow a whole SSO flow again more frequently than any bank, email or other secure app. This app is also extremely lacking in functionality compared to the web app it's based on.
The single sign on has a bug and automatically cancels, so I can't login. Also, spell out acronyms. Nobody but the developers use SSO. Annoying.
The app requires me to login every single time that I open it, even if I don't close the app when I am not using it. This is very frustrating as I use my companies SSO to log in. This needs to be fixed.
I use the app weekly to manage my work and really enjoy how easy it is to use.
Awesome. Sure you've probably been forced to use this "Workfront" thing at work. But if you've got to use it, use it fast. Pull up your tasks fast, make reminders in Workfront on the fly. Works great.
